About me
Hi, I'm Alicja
Movement has been with me since my earliest years — from competitive dance, through a decade of training future instructors, to expert knowledge in medical pilates and yoga. My studio was created to translate those years of experience into your comfort of living without pain and tension.
At My Harmony Place I believe that true harmony begins with mindful movement. That is why I work in intimate groups of up to 2 on the Reformers, to ensure individual attention, mindfulness and comfort during every session. This is a space where you can gradually strengthen your body, relieve your spine, improve your movement quality and regain lightness and balance.

Pilates Reformer
Max. 2 per groupReformer & Tower sessions use professional Pilates equipment with a spring-resistance system that provides precise support and challenge. The workout builds strength, stability, flexibility and movement accuracy in a safe, effective way.
Exercises engage the whole body, strengthen deep muscles, improve posture and increase range of motion while relieving stress on joints and spine. Adjustable resistance makes sessions suitable for beginners, active individuals and those returning from injury.
Intimate 2-person groups allow the instructor to focus fully on each participant, ensuring correct technique and comfort throughout the session.

What is the Pilates Reformer?
The Pilates Reformer is a specialised training bed fitted with a sliding carriage, a spring resistance system of varying tensions, straps and pulleys. Although it may look like a complex machine at first glance, it is in fact an incredibly intuitive tool — invented by Joseph Pilates himself.
Rather than relying solely on gravity (as in classical mat exercises), the Reformer uses spring resistance. You can exercise lying down, sitting, kneeling or even standing.
- Precision and control: The springs provide resistance and support movement — muscles work deeply while technique stays perfect.
- Strength and flexibility: Builds deep core strength while lengthening and increasing the flexibility of the whole body.
- Joint-friendly: Minimises spinal load — ideal for rehabilitation as well as athletic training.
